The bonding technique is ideal for damage to the sill, side panel, hood or rear section. Up to 80 % of the deformation can thus be restored in an extremely short time.
Round deformations without body edges are pulled flat by the large-area connection of the adhesive pads to the sheet metal. This allows the material to be massaged out even softer and more gently.
The adhesive technology perfectly complements existing pull components and the CBR PushPull system. The adhesive set usually pays for itself when the first damage is repaired thanks to the time saved.
With the “small” CM-040 adhesive set, damage patterns can be repaired in a controlled manner with existing CBR traction devices without damaging the paintwork.
Plastic tension bolts and special pads are used, which provide a sufficient connection to the surface with heated special plastic adhesive. After removing the damaged areas, the adhesive is removed from the painted surface without leaving any residue.
