This damaged Audi A1 has been saved from major damage by our repair with the CBR system. Normally, the sill panel is replaced in the event of such damage, and possibly even the doors. Especially in the sill area of a vehicle, replacing welded-in parts poses a high risk of corrosion after the repair. The constant contact us with spray water, dirt and brine in winter can lead to accelerated corrosion at separation points. By repairing with the CBR system and adhesive technology, the impact on the sheet metal and the original corrosion coating is reduced to a minimum. The edges are formed back using welded-on Powerbits, the PushPull system and the carbon and carbon fiber-reinforced plastic drawbridges. The surface finish is produced with the EasyTool.
